One of the sweetest things I’ve noticed as a dog handler is how happy dogs are when their owners come to pick them up. You can see the joy in their eyes and the wagging tails. It's the most exciting part of our day, because their favourite person just arrived and it's butt wiggling time! It’s clear the owner is their pack.

After establishing the daycare, I became certified in Dog Obedience and began offering obedience classes and private in-home session in 2011. Over the years, I also read a lot of books on dog behaviour and then I obtained certifications in Pet First Aid and Animal Behaviour in 2018, enabling me to expertly care for and analyze dog behaviour in a pack setting of up to 25 regular dogs daily, within an open-concept facility free from kennels or crates.

When Mike arrived with 3 Labs, one white, one brown and a new yellow Lab, I was curious. He told me the situation and thought I should take him on. I told him I'd think about it, and within the hour, I decided to do just that. I had a new dog!
