Our Bark Card allows for Flexibility and the card is good for 3 months. We recommend no longer than 2 weeks between visits to maintain standing in the pack. Will this be an option for you?

*Is your dog possessive of toys, food or objects?

*Does your dog have any known behavioral triggers?

(e.g., resource guarding toys/food, barrier barking, fear of loud noises, separation anxiety)

*Has your dog ever bitten another animal or human, or been involved in a serious dog fight?

(Please answer honestly; this ensures the absolute safety of our closed pack).

This is required, as an outbreak of fleas would shut the daycare down.

*Is your dog fully up-to-date on all core vaccinations (distemper, parvo, hepatitis, parainfluenza)?

*Check if your dog is vaccinated for:

Bordatellosis (kennel cough)

This is mandatory in a social setting, even though it only protects them from one of the many strains going around, so they could still get sick. It's a cold flu with a dry nagging cough throughout the night. It is contagious, so if your dog is coughing, keep them home and see a veterinary. Inform us immediately!

*Check if your dog is vaccinated for:

Leptospirosis

This is not a mandatory shot, but recommended due to the fact that we have racoons and other wild life in the area. If you hike in the forest or go camping, this would be mandatory to attend this daycare. Thrives in damp soil, mud, waterlogged ground, and standing water. Dogs drinking from puddles can get ill with serious diarrhea. See a vet immediately. Do not bring dog to daycare in this situation. Very Contagious.

Please list any comments about your dog that your feel will be helpful to us i.e. digging, whining, barking or potty training problems.

Not disclosing behavioural problems with your dog can cause cancelation of membership, and no refund, so be honest and I will work with you to solve it.
