Welcome to our fantastic in-home boarding service, where your pup can enjoy a pawsome daycare experience during weekdays! They’ll have full access to our cozy home, snuggle up on the couch in the evenings, and have a blast on weekend outings to the park! To secure a spot for your furry friend, simply complete the full membership application (waiver and vaccine upload) and schedule a trial day to see how they fit in with our pack. Remember, we only accommodate two dogs at a time, so early booking is a must for a tail-wagging good time!
MEMBER RATE
$60 / 24hrs - 8 am to 8 am Weekdays (includes daycare)
9 am to 9 am Saturday to Sunday
15% discount after 7 nights with an additional 5% discount after 4 days +
Weekday board with checkout in the evening close, (8 am to 7 pm) regular daycare rate applies
(no additional after hours charged for p/u up to 7 pm) or $10 for each hour up until 9pm
Weekend day board 9 am - 4 pm $40

Billing & Payment Terms
To ensure a transparent and efficient service process:

Deposits: A partial deposit is required upfront to secure your booking.

Payment Deadlines: All invoices are due prior to start of service or the start of a new month for members.

Installment Plans: For larger, ongoing services, flexible milestone-based payment plans are available.
Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Procedures:
Deadline for cancelling a class or private session can receive a refund if notice is received via email within 48 hours of start of the class and private session. You can reschedule your classes or private session anytime before the 48-hours, or you will not qualify for a refund.
Deposits & Payment: Deposit of 30% is required to secure a spot and full payment is due at the start of class, private session, in home boarding or board & train. If you need to cancel your boarding or board & train, a refund will be issued if the notice comes in writing via an email, and it is received 30 days prior to booking start date.
No-Show Fees: No refund will be issued if you are a no show for a private sessions, and missing class without notice will not be refunded as the class has moved on to the next part of the program. Speak to Mimi to get instructions to catch up at home.
Vaccination Requirements: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations are required, including Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus), and Bordetella. Leptospirosis is highly recommended if you take your dog on hikes or forest walks.
Assessment Requirements: Mandatory requirements for booking any service must be confirmed with a verbal or in person behaviour assessment, or a trial day for daycare and boarding services, and decided by Mimi based on each individual case.
