Registration and Waiver 

Here you can fill out a registration for membership with Doggy Doolil Daycare and for Bed & Buddies boarding. Our waiver is a contract for us both, so that as an insured business, we are both protected and covered in an emergency or incident here at the daycare, with coverage for the veterinary costs etc. Please check all points on the waiver and sign it before submitting.

After receiving this we will schedule your dog in for a temperament assessment, and assess your level of dog training and understanding of pack leadership.
