If you're running late in the morning and don’t let us know, you'll be locked out.

If you’re running late, and its 30 minutes past closing time, your pooch will be booked in for an overnight stay.

A late fee of $10 per each 15 minute block will kick in for late pickups if you don’t give me a heads up, so let’s avoid those awkward “Where are you?” moments!

After 30 minutes of silence, you dog goes into an overnight and we’ll charge you $45 for the overnight, on top of the late fees incurred (+$20).

An overnight will include dinner, snuggles and treats. And don’t worry, they’ll have a blast! Just arrange pickup in the morning, unless they are scheduled for a daycare day. Payment for that unscheduled overnight will be due before pickup that following morning or evening after daycare.

During bridge construction, we’ve extended our hours—because sometimes, life happens! We can be available outside regular hours if needed. Just let me know.
