Daycare policy
All daycare bookings are scheduled in advance, and paid for at the start of each month. You own your spot and you are responsible for it till you give up your spot. To add or reduce days in your schedule, notice must be via email and 2 weeks prior to the start of the month. You can arrange to switch a day, if you are not able to make it in, but will need to give 24 hours notice, and use it the same month, if we have the space. In case of emergency or illness, we do allow your days to be rolled over to the following month as long as you provide proof and as long as we are notified right away.

 

Holiday or Break in Schedule

24 hours notice is required if not attending. No shows will forfeit that day. Members must attend at least once a week to maintain their membership, unless there is a medical emergency. We allow 2x2 week holiday breaks within the year or a month off without losing membership. 2 weeks notice is required when planning a break in attendance due to vacation. Notice must be in 2 weeks prior to the 1st of the month, when your invoice is due. Notice must be via email. Verbal notice is not accepted. If no notice is given, you will be responsible for all your booked spots or risk losing your membership. 

Late Payments

Your invoice must be paid by the 1st of each month, to maintain your membership and discounted daily rate. Failure to pay your invoice will cause unpaid days to be charged at 'introductory' rate of 30 dollars a day until payment is received, or membership is cancelled. 

 

Cancellations
When cancelling your membership with Doggy Doolil Daycare your remaining days cannot be refunded. Two weeks notice is required so we can fill your spot. If you fail to give us two weeks notice in cancelling your membership with Doggy DooLil Daycare, you are responsible for half the months booked spots coming up the following month, as we were not given enough time to fill your spot.  

If your booking is cancelled by Doggy Doolil Daycare for misrepresentation or destructive behavior, you do not qualify for a refund, based on expenses, damages, spot held cannot be sold, etc...

 

Refunds
We do not give refunds on booked and paid for member and non member spots. If we cancel your membership for failing to keep our rules and policies like aggressive behaviour of your dog, or destructive behaviour by your dog (not house trained), you will lose your dogs spot, and will not qualify to receive a refund.

 

Private Training Bookings
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking with the balance due at the completion of the first lesson.

All pre-paid lesson packages are non-refundable.
One-on-One sessions: Payment is due at end of session.

PackLeader Obedience cannot offer refunds or make up classes.

Any questions or concerns you have regarding our terms and conditions, please discuss them with your trainer.

 

Boarding  (Also applicable for Board & Train clients)

48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.

50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking with the balance due upon check-in.
Board & Train - It is the responsibility of the dog owner to follow up on the training through the private 1 hour lesson provided per week, which are included with the program. No refunds or credits are available for Board & Train programs or for regular boarding clients, unless proper notice is received. 

Training: Basic
$50 deposit is required for all booked classes and the balance is due the first night of class. Make up classes are not offered.

One-on-One sessions: Payment is due at the beginning of the session. 

PackLeader Obedience cannot offer refunds or make up classes. Board and Train clients can not ask for a refund if the dog has shown signs of aggression and is destructive of property. Misrepresenting a dog for boarding is the same as board and train dogs.

Privacy Policy
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

 

Hours of Operation

Open hours for drop off and pick up is strictly enforced. We ask that you schedule your drop and pickup with us for the safety of the home and the dogs attending daycare. We are not always available, as the pack needs our attention. Disturbing us without having scheduled your arrival can result in losing your daycare spot. City bylaw asks us to control our barking dogs for the enjoyment of the neighborhood, and we follow that by having set hours for drop off and pick up.

  •      OPEN DROP OFF 7 AM -9 AM / Mon-fri

  •      NOON - 2 PM NAP TIME / DO NOT DISTURB

  •      OPEN PICKUP 4 PM-6 PM 

  •      LATE PICKUP WILL BE CHARGED LATE FEE IF NOT NOTIFIED BY PHONE by closing time

  •      ABUSING DROP OFF & PICKUP BY ARRIVING EARLY OR LATE CAN RESULT IN LOSS OF SPOT.        

  •      DAYS USED WILL BE CHARGED AT 'INTRODUCTORY' RATE of $30 A DAY UNTIL PAid

  •     A $15/night surcharge applies to all bed n' buddies boarding on long weekends,        the Christmas season, and March Break.

  •     Members pay an additional $10/night.

 

CHANGES/UPDATES TO NOTICES AND POLICIES

Doggy DooLil will continue to implement new technologies and improve the services we provide, so our Policies are subject to change. We reserve the right to change or update our Notices and Policies and to modify or terminate the Site for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any other participating third party. As a Site user and member of Doggy DooLil daycare, you are responsible for regularly reviewing our Policies in order to remain informed of our practices and your obligations as you visit and use our Site and attend Doggy Doolil Daycare. Our current Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Doggy DooLil daycare as you use our Site and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, written or oral, in this regard.
