Daycare Policies
  1. TO PASS MEMBERS – Failure to give 24 Hours notice to not attend daycare, and the pass card will be marked down as ’no-show’.
  2. TO PASS MEMBERS – When purchasing a savings pass you are committed to attend each weekday scheduled, even on a five week month. Meaning, if you attend only Thursdays, and there are five Thursdays in that month attending, you will need to purchase the extra day at the beginning of the month to receive the savings. If you purchase the extra day at the end of the month, you pay the drop-in fee.
  3. All attendance is ‘by appointment only’. You must book your time of arrival and pickup ahead of time. This is a private residence.
  4. If you choose to leave, or you are asked to leave due to special circumstances, the pass is void and you will receive balance due based on our drop-in fee for days used on pass.
  5. Pass members must give ‘two weeks’ notice, prior to renewal date if there is a change in pass size or you are going to be away. Failure to give notice will result in a charge of 50% of the pass, based on pass size used, and possibly loose the rights to purchase a savings pass in the future.
  6. A fee of $25 will be charged for NSF cheques by Doggy DooLi’l daycare.  It can also result in paying cash for future transactions.
  7. Pass cards not valid for weekend visits. Weekend daycare rate is $30.
  8. Second dog from same family receives 15% off on pass cards. Drop-in for second dog is not discounted.
  9. Daycare is closed on statutory holidays. Open only for boarding clients.
  10. Boarding; 50% deposit required upon booking your spot and is non refundable.
  11. Daycare is closed between noon and two o’clock in the afternoon, to give the dogs a nap, clean and maintain chores. Please note that owners live on the property.
